Great food comes from good ingredients.  And while you can give two cooks the same ingredients and get vastly different results, when it is time to eat, whole grains, fresh nuts, lots of veggies, superior oils and even non-factory farmed meat, make all the difference.  When you walk away from one of our meals, we want you to think about how good it made you feel.  Our hope is that meal will still feel good the next day.  That is why it is so important to offer a wide variety when we are catering for staff over a long period.  It is really easy to burn people out on uncooked tortilla wraps and cold beans.  That's not how we roll.

Specializing in cuisine from around the world, we are capable of serving Mexican and New Mexican, Southeast Asian, Continental Indian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Russian and French, Caribbean or Creole, alongside German and American Classics.  At Jed's Plate, we aren't afraid to pull out our phone and look up recipes either.  A well-informed chef creates fresh and exciting cuisine.  When it comes to creativity, we have created original menus, original recipes and dishes, original kitchen designs and original beverages, and even hot sauces for our clients, internationally.
